PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP# DV-10-16039)

The Office of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor is now soliciting proposals from agencies and organizations interested in providing Avian and Bat ecological studies. The studies supplement the Cuyahoga County Great Lakes Energy Development Task Force Feasibility Study for an early stage commercial deployment project consisting of up to eight (8) 2.5 MW turbines (total rated capacity at 20 MW) for a Lake Erie Wind Power
Project near the water intake crib of the City of Cleveland, Ohio.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) for Avian and Bat Studies for the Lake Erie Wind Project can be obtained by contacting the Cuyahoga County Office of Procurement and Diversity. Responses will be reviewed for qualifications based on responsiveness to the RFP scope of work, expertise, experience, and cost effectiveness. The project will commence April 1, 2010.

Completed proposals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement and Diversity, 112 Hamilton Court, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, no later than 11:00 a.m. on February 22, 2010.
