The Following are changes/corrections to the above referenced specification package:
All Vendors shall refer to the attached documents related to revised square footage requirements:
- General Notes (6 pages)
- Space requirements Revised 12/29/2009 (2 pages)
All remaining terms and conditions of the specification package remain in effect and this addendum therefore becomes part of the specification.
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received in the Board of County Commissioners Office of Procurement & Diversity, Room 100, County Administration Building Annex, 112 Hamilton Court, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 until 11:00 A.M. local time on February 5th, 2010 for lease of office space for a Juvenile Court Regional SOUTHWEST Probation Office for the period June 01, 2010 to May 31, 2015.
Required geographic locations: The space must be in an area bounded by:
North: Brookpark Road East: State Road
South: Bagley Road West: Eastland Road
The official closing time shall be determined by the wall clock located in the Office of Procurement & Diversity. (SAME ADDRESS)
Late proposals will be returned unopened.
There will be a Pre-proposal Conference on January 13, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. local time at The Department of Central Services, 2nd floor conference room, 1642 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT INTERESTED VENDORS ATTEND.
Specifications and proposal blanks may be obtained at the Board of County Commissioners Office of Procurement & Diversity. (SAME ADDRESS) Questions may be addressed to Mr. John Myers, Real Estate Manager at 216.698.2517
Payment will only be made upon approval of the Board of County Commissioners and payments will be warrants issued by the County Auditor upon notification from the Commissioners.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals or any part or all parts of any proposal submitted, and waive all technicalities.
Each proposal must state in full the name and address of each person, firm or corporation interested in the proposal submitted.
